Opis stanowiska:
Provide technical support on all anti-virus softwares installed and/or configured on any of the following platforms: Windows 2000, Windows 2003
Maintain responsibility of reported and escalated customer problems until they have been resolved
Plan and implement upgrades and patches
Investigate and implement tools needed to support the servers
Implement and provide performance tuning measures
Keep up to date on new features in products and provide recommendations to use them in solutions

| Wymagania: | - Minimum of 1 year proven experience gained in a post sales or customer support background
- Knowledge in servers hardware (HP, Dell, IBM)
- Knowledge in Lotus Notes Domino server and Lotus Notes Client ver 6.0 up to 7.02
- Knowledge in Cisco hardware (PIX, Switches, Routers)
- Well-versed in Microsoft Windows Clusters function
- Procedural working highly required
- Good business knowledge
- English both in writing and oral |
